Your New RoleJoining a team of lawyers both across Brisbane and nationally, you will be involved in a complex Commonwealth matter.
Some examples of the work the team undertakes include property disputes, commercial/corporate disputes, acting for corporate regulators and companies in regulatory investigations, as well as government agencies and corporate entities. The team also acts for state and federal governments on investigations and other high profile matters and disputes.
As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible in coordinating and managing workflows as well as delegating to members of the team.

Your Skills Profile
- 5-8 years PAE in commercial litigation;
- Experience in general commercial disputes;
- Excellent communication, technical skills and attention to detail;
- Exceptional drafting skills;
- Ability to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines and delegate appropriately to a team of lawyers and paralegals;
- Advanced interpersonal skills; and
- An active and positive team member.
