The company has headquarters in France with offices in the United States
as well as partners in other parts of the world.
Visual Planning has gathered over 130,000 users from 5,000+ customer
organizations since its launch. The solution is designed to take the
pain out of operations management, with a focus on resource availability
and allocation, scheduling, forecasting, and project tracking.
In order to support our growth in the US market, we are looking to hire
an Implementation Consultant.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Learn the software and company processes during the onboarding
period.
2) To support customers who have selected the software during the
deployment and go-live phase. This typically includes several steps:
– Needs Analysis (gathering and analyzing customers requirements/issues
to identify key workflows and how those can be addressed in the
software);
– Configuration (setup of the software to make it fit with
requirements);
– Training (teaching users how to use the software);
– Documentation (writing down documentation describing configurations
performed and key workflows, as well as generic functional
documentation).
3) To support customers in their ongoing usage of the software,
including, where necessary, liaising with infrastructure specialists and
product developers to resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
4) Participate in the process of improving the software by continuous
testing, bug reporting, and sharing ideas for future versions.

– Able to travel in North America and Europe, when required (at the
expense of the company).
– Bachelor + 2 years of experience or Masters degree + 1 year of
experience
Technical Requirements
– Fully proficient in MS Excel and word processing tools
– Background knowledge of client-server architectures, network
architectures, HTTP protocol, database management systems, Active
Directory
Nice-to-Have
– Email administration skills: Outlook, ICal, SMTP
– Knowledge of HTML a plus
– Knowledge of any of the following: SharePoint, SAP, MS Dynamics Nav,
MS Project, JD Edwards, Primavera P6
– Languages: French, Spanish

Compensation package:
Salary: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
– Quarterly bonus
