As Mentoring Program Director, Diana oversees the organization’s mentoring initiatives, fostering meaningful mentor–mentee relationships that support and strengthen legal professionals at every stage of their careers. She leads mentor recruitment, training, and ongoing engagement efforts, ensuring that each connection is intentional, dynamic, and impactful. 

Diana earned her Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University and was a member of the inaugural class to receive a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is deeply committed to supporting the diverse legal community the program serves and to promoting inclusive professional development. 

With more than 38 years of experience as an attorney, she has practiced family law, homeowners and condominium law, compliance, and transactional investigations at leading financial institutions. This range of experience enables her to bring a practical, real-world perspective to the program while advancing its mission to help participants grow professionally and maintain a healthy balance between their legal careers and personal lives.
