Leanne Cusumano Roque
Leanne Cusumano Roque coaches high-performing individuals to connect to awareness to enable conscious choice, with a sense of well-being. Leanne specializes in Executive Coaching for senior executives, attorneys, scientists, and other Type As. She also provides coaching skills training and mentoring for leaders and coaches who want to make a difference, to help them be powerful, effective coaches. Leanne’s clients are involved in international, multi-cultural, or cross-disciplinary work focused on complex matters that require the ability to bring together many pieces and create a unified whole. Leanne works with scientific, technical, legal, and other subject matter expert professionals who move into leadership roles. Her clients complete coaching, coach training, and coach mentoring with new, effective ways of interacting with the world.
Clients report results that include increased influence in their leadership circle, the ability to relax, and improved team relations. Leanne bases her coaching and coach training in and is a graduate of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Program®, Success Unlimited Network®(SUN), founded in 1987, and is an Associate Coach Trainer for SUN. She is a member of the ICF and holds the ICF Professional Certified Coach (P.C.C.) credential.
Leanne is an accomplished executive, professionally trained coach, and business owner, and was a successful attorney and an award-winning supervisor and leader of multi-disciplinary government teams. She is a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute's Leadership for a Democratic Society program, a Distinguished Toastmaster, a facilitator for the Strengths Deployment Inventory, and a qualified administrator and interpreter of the MyersBriggs Type Instrument. She is also an avid practitioner of yoga, student of ancient texts, and parent.
