Responsible for winning new commercial construction projectsby building relationships with general contractors and developers and positioning the company to secure landscape, hardscape and irrigation construction scopes.

Qualifications:

• 3+yearsof experienceincommercial constructionorconstruction-relatedbusiness development
• Familiaritywithconstructionbidding andpreconstructionprocesses
• ProvenabilitytodevelopGCanddeveloper relationships
• Jacksonvillemarket experiencepreferred
• Landscape,hardscape,irrigation,orsite-work experienceaplus
