Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects within the Medical Device and/or pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict regulatory requirements, timelines, and budgets.

Purpose of the Job:

• Accountable for building & owning overall strategy for roll out of new products within the Thailand operations.
• Manages new product development portfolio pipeline to achieve growth targets of the business.
• Holds accountability as Single Point of Contact for end-to-end internalization as well as roll out of new products into Thailand factory and also their subsequent launch in various markets globally.
• Project Management New products planning, development, and launch.
• Oversight of Design & Development function and their timely deliverables within the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategizes and puts together a product development roadmap, translating customer requirements into actionable roadmap for the site team.
• Lead end-to-end project management activities from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Be the main contact for Central project managers for strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with headquarters in France and other international stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
• Evaluates new product ideas, providing strategic inputs, negotiating product formulations (with commercial teams) and attribute changes within the products COGS during entire process of new product development and launch.
• Driving project management in alignment to ISO13485 Design & Development process in collaboration with the local Quality Assurance & Regulatory department and with support of rest of the site functions (Production & Engineering, Purchase, HR, Finance, Supply Chain & Logistics) as well as Global Functions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (QA, RA, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing etc.)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, ISO 13485, FDA, EU MDR as applicable)
• Identify and manage project risks and mitigation plans
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management
• Support validation, process improvements, and system upgrades when required
• Ensure proper documentation according to quality and regulatory standards
• Evaluates economic performance of new products in co0ordination with project teams.
• Engages with brand managers, marketing leads to support development of claims and other requirements throughout new product development.
• Recommend opportunities to commercial teams to enhance product portfolio based upon business strategy.
• Oversight of Design & Development Department to ensure timely completion of projects. Drive strategy and performance management within Design & Development function.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
• Minimum 1012 years of project management experience in Medical Device (preferred) or pharmaceutical industry or FMCG
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements
• Experience in validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), change control, and quality systems is preferred
• PMP certification is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Very good command of English, French is a plus but not mandatory
