Why is This a Great Opportunity:

  • High-Impact Operational Ownership: This role offers the autonomy to "own" the ISO 9001 system and end-to-end supply chain. In Australian culture, professionals thrive when given the trust to build and optimize systems without being micromanaged.
  • Strategic "Big Picture" Alignment: The focus on a 12-month rolling forecast and long-term strategic goals appeals to the Australian preference for forward-thinking leadership rather than just reactive, day-to-day firefighting.
  • Culture of Accountability and Merit: By driving accountability and data integrity, the role creates a "fair go" environment where performance is measured by clear metrics (like DIFOT) rather than office politics or hierarchy.
  • Innovation & Modern Tech Stack: The mention of Odoo ERP, Automation, and AI (ChatGPT) signals a progressive workplace. Australians value efficiency and "working smarter, not harder," making a tech-forward environment a major draw.
  • Quality-First Mindset: Overseeing the product lifecycle from concept to launch ensures the candidate isn't just a cog in a machine. It offers the professional pride of delivering high-quality, compliant products, which aligns with the Australian value of craftsmanship and "doing a job right."
