Our client is a nationally recognized financial services firm with more than 100 locations across the U.S., supporting over $72 billion in client assets. The North Barrington office is seeking a polished and client-focused Client Service Associate to support both client relationships and day-to-day operations.
This individual will play a key role in supporting advisors and clients by managing account activity, coordinating client service needs, and ensuring a high-quality client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering a high level of service across phone, email, and in-person interactions
Support client relationship development through ongoing communication and participation in meetings in a technical and support capacity
Client Support and Preparation
Assist advisors with financial planning support, including data gathering, analysis, documentation preparation, and implementation of client recommendations
Support account opening, maintenance, and ongoing servicing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation
Manage client follow-ups, action items, and CRM updates to maintain organized and proactive client engagement
Operations and Administration
Support daily operational workflows including account processing, custodial coordination, billing, compliance reviews, and record management
Assist with trading support, transaction processing, and coordination with custodians and external partners
Maintain organized systems and processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and audit readiness
Team and Office Support
Contribute to a collaborative team environment, supporting internal initiatives and special projects as needed
Assist with general office coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Two plus years of experience in a client service or operations role within wealth management supporting financial advisor(s)
Experience with Pershing NetX360, NetX360+, Pershing X, Wove, or similar platforms is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated integrity and understanding of fiduciary responsibility
Ability to think critically, solve problems, and take ownership of responsibilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
