JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the legal office to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support Partners and Lawyers with scheduling, document coordination, and office logistics.
  • Manage office vendors, facilities, procurement, and service providers.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient task delegation and allocation.
  • Maintain compliance with internal procedures.
  • Coordinate client correspondence, and general office communication
  • Monitor office expenses and administrative budgets.

Qualifications:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or related field are encouraged to apply
  • 35 years experience in office administration within professional practices
  • Preferably from legal firms, accounting firms, medical centers, and engineering consultancies
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
