Job description:

• Experienced in preparing, drafting and reviewing business banking and security documentation.
• Handle property conveyancing matters.
• Liaise with banks, clients, and relevant authorities.
• Provide legal advice on transaction structures and compliance matters.
• Support selected corporate exercises where applicable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university.
• 25 years experience in business banking documentation and property matters.
• A Master of Laws (LL.M) is an added advantage.
• Admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor.
• Corporate exposure is an added advantage.
• Strong drafting skills and ability to manage files independently.
• Detail-oriented with good stakeholder management skills.
