An exceptional opportunity is available for a Psychologist (Clinical or Registered) to join a leading and highly regarded clinic in Canberra. This role is ideally suited to a clinician with experience working with children and adolescents who is passionate about high-quality client care, collaboration, and supporting the development of early-career psychologists.

This position offers the opportunity to take on a mentoring and leadership focus within a supportive multidisciplinary environment, helping guide clinicians in the early stages of their careers. Board Approved Supervisor status is highly desired, or alternatively, a willingness to obtain this endorsement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based assessment and therapeutic intervention for children, adolescents, and families
• Support and mentor early-career psychologists within the team
• Contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture
• Develop strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families
• Maintain clinical documentation and reporting to a high professional standard
• Liaise with families, schools, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders as required

About You

• AHPRA registration as a Psychologist (Clinical or General)
• Experience working with children and adolescents
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for mentoring and supporting developing clinicians
• Board Approved Supervisor status highly regarded, or willingness to obtain
• Commitment to person-centred and evidence-based practice
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:

AHPRA Registered Psychologist.
