Job description:

Sales Generation

  • Actively identify, prospect, pitch to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Responsible for leading sales/marketing division, sales closure, setting and achieving targets, managing marketing campaigns, and aligning with business goals to boost revenue.
  • Provide daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports, customer feedback, and market demand forecasts to the Site Operations Manager.

Client Relationships

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and handle negotiations to close sales.

Marketing Strategy & Research

  • Develop and execute campaigns to increase brand hostel awareness and generate leads, including managing social media and promotional materials.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Track sales data, monitor campaign performance (ROI), and provide regular reports to The Management.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent;
  • 5 7 years relevant experience in Sales or Marketing; those who possess experience in both fields are advantageous.
  • Experience in Real Estate, Property Management, Leasing are highly regarded.
  • Highly Self-Motivated and Results-Driven

Technical Competencies

  • Outstanding Interpersonal, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and digital marketing tools are mandatory.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market data and sales metrics.
