Sr. (Federal) Tax Attorney

Specifically, we are looking for someone that can:
Provide tax support for mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and other complex transactions.
Our tax practitioners counsel clients on entity formation, pass-through taxation and multistate tax issues.
We have a sophisticated team that collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to deliver integrated legal solutions.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- A JD is required
- LLM in Taxation is preferred
- Must be licensed to practice in West Virginia or Pennsylvania.
- A minimum of seven years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Must be able to successfully complete all required background screening, including criminal.
