Reporting Line: Reports to China Marketing Team Leader, Core Business Division
Employment Type: Full-time (Local hire in China)
Qualifications:
[Key Responsibilities & Roles]Identify and develop new business accounts and manage existing clients for soft magnetic cores (power conversion components) within China.
Formulate sales strategies and manage revenue targets by segments: EV Electronics, Solar (PV) Inverters, Server/Telecom Power, and UPS.
Respond to customer RFQs and manage spec-in, sampling, and approval processes in collaboration with the technical support team.
Conduct market research (competitor analysis, demand, pricing trends), create regular reports, and present updates to executive management.
Participate in domestic/international exhibitions and execute new product promotions.
Manage sales, collections, and receivables; coordinate lead times and production volumes with the production and quality assurance teams at the Weihai factory.
[Requirements & Qualifications]Nationality: Chinese National
Education: Bachelors degree or higher (Degrees in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, or Mechanical Engineering preferred)
Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in B2B component/material sales (Preferred experience in electronic components, magnetic materials, power supplies, or EV components)
? Mandatory Requirement: Must have a background working at a magnetic powder core manufacturer (competitor) OR front-end customer industries. (Candidates with experience exclusively limited to Ferrite sales are excluded).
Language: Native Chinese speaker (Proficiency in Korean or English is a strong plus)
Work & Travel: Ability to work and travel within Shandong Province (Weihai) or South China (Shenzhen, Dongguan).
