Land Development Project Manager / Engineer Raleigh, NC

Are you a civil engineer who loves design but wants more balance and less chaos? A well-established land developer in the Raleigh area is looking for a Project Manager / Civil Engineer to join their growing internal engineering team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to own projects, collaborate directly with clients, and be part of a small, tight-knit group that values quality work over endless billable hours.

What Youll Do

• Prepare grading, drainage, and stormwater design plans
• Review and markup drawings and coordinate with contractors
• Manage site and land development projects from design through delivery
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Ensure quality and compliance with jurisdictional standards

What You Bring

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering
• 4+ years of site/civil experience (residential or mixed-use preferred)
• PE License (NC license is preferred)
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and Hydroflow
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
