Our client, a prominent international AmLaw 50 law firm, is seeking a talented Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join their dynamic Real Estate Finance Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity to handle sophisticated real estate matters while working with developers, investors, lenders, and corporations on high-value transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Florida or New York, in good standing (or willingness to obtain admission promptly)
• 3-5 years of substantive transactional real estate experience (either real estate finance or commercial real estate), preferably with a large law firm (boutique firm experience considered)
• Experienced in representing lenders and borrowers, managing acquisitions and dispositions, overseeing real estate development, and navigating land use and zoning matters. 
• Being familiar with standard due diligence review and analysis—covering title insurance, surveys, corporate formation documents, SNDAs, and construction documentation—is a definite plus.
• Strong oral advocacy, research, and client communication skills
• Ability to manage matters efficiently and independently
