Building Controls Service Technician
seeking an experienced Building Controls Service Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Building Automation Systems for commercial facilities throughout Connecticut.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair BAS/DDC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Calibrate controllers, sensors, and field devices.
- Troubleshoot communication networks.
- Commission upgrades and expansions.
- Train customers on system operation.
- Document service activities.
- Respond to emergency service calls when required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Building Automation experience.
- Strong HVAC knowledge.
- Experience troubleshooting DDC systems.
- Customer service mindset.
- Valid driver's license.
