§ Title: Senior Commercial Litigation Counsel | Senior Associate – Dispute Resolution

§ Location: New York, NY

§ Salary: $180,000 to $225,000 Base Salary (Attorneys may also be eligible for discretionary year-end performance bonuses, merit-based increases, and origination credits. § Schedule: Full-time, Direct-Hire, Minimum 1,850 hours annual billed target

§ Duties: The incoming advocate will assume comprehensive management of a diverse portfolio of complex commercial disputes, steering cases independently from initial intake through final resolution or appellate review. The role demands sophisticated technical mastery and a proactive approach to multi-jurisdictional litigation. Core responsibilities include:

⨖ Directing and overseeing complex commercial litigation matters across state and federal venues.

⨖ Executing deep legal analysis and exhaustive research to formulate innovative, risk-mitigated strategies for corporate clientele.

⨖ Authoring highly persuasive pleadings, motions, appellate briefs, Orders to Show Cause, and other essential legal instruments.

⨖ Conducting and defending critical depositions of key witnesses, experts, and corporate representatives.

⨖ Delivering formidable oral advocacy during courtroom hearings, trials, arbitrations, and appellate arguments.

⨖ Maintaining seamless and professional communications with corporate clients, judicial officers, and opposing counsel.

⨖ Contributing to the firm's thought leadership and market presence through the composition of scholarly articles and participation in professional networking.

§ Qualifications: Applicants must fulfill the following mandatory criteria to be considered for this position:

⨖ Juris Doctor degree from an educational institution accredited by the American Bar Association.

⨖ Active, unrestricted bar admission in both New York and New Jersey.

⨖ A minimum of five years of substantive commercial litigation experience executed within a sophisticated law firm environment.

⨖ Elite written and verbal communication competencies accompanied by stellar academic credentials.
