Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join its dynamic and expanding Labor and Employment Class Action Practice Group. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative and high-stakes litigation with a collaborative team of skilled professionals.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing
- 4-6 years of substantive experience in complex litigation with a focus on employment related and/ class actions
- Extensive experience defending class action lawsuits, including but not limited to:
- Employment discrimination, workplace privacy, and EEOC/DOL matters
- Wage and hour claims, statutory or common law privacy issues
- Background in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies and assisting clients with employment issues is required.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to tackle cutting-edge legal issues
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills
Key Responsibilities
- Litigate a variety of high-profile class action cases, with a particular focus on labor and employment class actions
- Develop case strategies and provide support throughout all aspects of litigation, from discovery to trial
- Draft workplace policies
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on complex legal issues
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality legal solutions
- Maintain direct client relationships and manage case teams effectively

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: Expected annual base salary of $290,000+, as determined by experience and market factors
