What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate, treat, and develop individualized care plans for patients
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based outpatient therapy services
- Document patient progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and payors
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment
- Complete required training and maintain clinical competencies
What You Bring:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active or eligible PT license in Pennsylvania
- Current CPR certification
- A commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development
