Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a talented Career Associate Attorney to join their Insurance & Reinsurance Litigation Practice Group. This is a tremendous opportunity for an experienced litigator to work on sophisticated insurance coverage and commercial litigation matters alongside an accomplished and collaborative team.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
• 5+ years of substantive insurance coverage and commercial litigation experience
• Experience in commercial litigation, with a strong grasp of insurance coverage issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong public speaking ability
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, thoroughness, and compliance in all legal matters
• Collaborative, collegial, and committed to professional excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex insurance coverage issues and commercial litigation
• Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and other litigation documents
• Conduct legal research, develop case strategy, and support trial preparation
• Collaborate with partners and team members on case analysis and execution
• Manage day-to-day case responsibilities and client communications
• Handle litigation matters both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $175,000 – $250,000, commensurate with experience
