Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Provide legal counsel on risk management, compliance, and dispute resolution
- Draft and review legal pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs
- Conduct in-depth research on healthcare statutes, regulations, and case law
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and arbitration
- Collaborate with medical experts to develop case theoriesQualifications - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare litigation or medical malpractice defense
- Strong understanding of HIPAA, Stark Law, and healthcare regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on persuasive advocacy
- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments"
