Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from a highly regarded law school (Top 30).
• Active license to practice law in California.
• Minimum of five years of experience advising clients in:

• Advising on residential, mixed-use, and community development projects that involve multiple funding sources.
• Guiding clients through incentive-based financing and public–private funding opportunities.
• Delivering practical, business-focused legal strategies that align with project goals and regulatory standards.
