We’re partnering with an independently-owned specialty pharmacy in Pittsburgh seeking a Clinical / Staff Pharmacist to join their team. This is a stable, full-time opportunity in a collaborative, people-first environment where pharmacists are respected as clinical professionals—not just order verifiers. Company is on the grow!

This is a combo roll of clinical and dispensing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and compliance
• Provide patient counseling on specialty therapies
• Perform final QA checks and support quality initiatives
• Guide pharmacy technicians and support workflow excellence
• Step into leadership support when needed

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license
• PharmD or BS Pharmacy
• Specialty, hospital or mail-order experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong clinical judgment
