Engineering Supervisor – New Product Development (90-125K)

 We have an outstanding opportunity available for an Engineering Supervisor - New Product Development in the Binghamton, NY area.

 This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer to step into a leadership role while remaining actively involved in new product design, prototyping, testing, and product launch.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Design, Development, and Test Engineers.
• Lead new product development from concept through prototyping, validation, and production release.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance in design, prototyping, testing, and design reviews.
• Manage priorities and engineering resources across multiple development programs.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and Application Engineering to support product development and manufacturing transition.
• Drive improvements to prototyping and product development processes. 

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of product development engineering experience with strong hands-on prototyping skills.
• Leadership or technical mentorship experience.
• Experience with CAD/PDM systems such as Creo and Windchill preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
