Operating out of a modern facility in the Greater Green Bay area, this manufacturer builds a proprietary catalog of specialty products. Because operations span from raw design to final build under one roof, the business is completely insulated from single-contract market downturns—delivering a steady, reliable production backlog year-round.

The floor culture is genuinely family-oriented and team-focused, treating operators with respect and giving them the autonomy to manage their own work cells. To protect your work-life balance, the entire facility operates on a standard 4-day schedule (Monday through Thursday), handing you a permanent 3-day weekend every single week. If you want a stable environment with a supportive leadership team that actively invests in your growth through cross-training and full tuition reimbursement, this is your place.
