Shortly after graduation, she played a key role in launching a new racquet facility in Atlanta—overseeing employee management, inventory, customer service, and event planning. Her hands-on experience in building and scaling operations now informs her work at Pernini Legal, where she is passionate about fostering growth and operational excellence.
